We take pride in ensuring that all of our clients achieve their perfect wedding, and a recent celebration we held for a lovely couple at The Ritz Carlton Hong Kong was no exception! The couple wanted to evoke an ethereal and dreamy ambience, so we worked closely with our dedicated vendors to create an elegant ‘pale pink and white’ themed reception.
The celebrations kicked off with a cocktail reception in the Foyer, complete with sheer drapery, rose-tinted lighting and dozens of candles lining the marble floors. An “invisible” candy table boasting an array of sweet treats delighted guests.
Tables were ornamented with dreamy arrangements of baby’s breath and number plaques specially hand-painted by a talented calligrapher.
A spectacular 6-tiered cake adorned with pink roses and hand-spun sugar details stood majestically on the stage.
Guests also sipped on specialty wines and enjoyed the sounds of a live band as they danced the night away. Hats off to The Ritz-Carlton for yet another wonderful event!

We liked this Pretty in Pink’ combination from Bella Figura recently featured on their blog. Brandl and Igor customized their Anderson design by changing up the fonts, adding a letterpress border and opting for a pink on pink color palette. Whisper edge painting and a natural woodgrain liner in fuchsia completed these pretty in pink letterpress wedding invitations.
We pulled together this whimsical and love-filled wedding in a mere three weeks for this adorable couple when their wedding plans in Bangkok got rained out at the end of 2011. Their wedding ceremony in Hong Kong was held on the lawn of the Repulse Bay on a crisp December afternoon followed by an elegant candlelit dinner at the Verandah for 150 of their closest friends and family. Everything worked out in the end, as it always does! After the wedding, they sent us a note to say “Thank you for your help, we received very positive feedback from our guests and it was great work achieved within a short space of time..” So thoughtful!
Thank you Alison Mayfield Photography Studio for the beautiful images!
We absolutely adore this look! Colours melting prettily from light to dark or vice versa….the proper definition is ‘ombre’ (don’t worry, we hadn’t heard of it either). Its gaining momentum and we love it, especially in pink! What do you think?

Earlier this year, we had the pleasure of working closely with a sweetheart couple on many aspects of their wedding from their letterpress Elum Designs wedding invitations to the soft and romantic decoration at the ballroom of Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. At the banquet, there wasn’t a dry eye in the house when the bride had a quiet moment dancing with her father. These are the moments that truly make a wedding.
