The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong unveils a bespoke Cristal Wedding Menu for the betrothed, crafted by two-Michelin Star Chef Paul Lau Chef Paul Lau from Tin Lung Heen. An elegant yet traditional Chinese menu featuring a range of auspicious dishes such as Chef Lau’s signature braised lobster soup with fish maw, all from the finest ingredients including superior bird’s nest, Prunier Caviar and Yoshihama abalone.
To bring a Michelin dining experience to the wedding banquet, Chef Lau will take the couple on a personalized culinary journey from private menu consultation to food tasting, ensuring utmost attention to their preferences.
A bottle of Louis Roederer Champagne Cristal Brut will be served at each table complementing the dishes and filling the night with indulgent bubbly pleasure.

We had over 40+ vendors who came together along with massive support from the InterContinental Hong Kong for a great afternoon of wedding related activities! From models showcasing the latest gowns by Vera Wang, Oscar de la Renta and more to the gorgeous displays at each exhibitors’ booths, we all felt the sincerity, professionalism and the love! We haven’t had the pleasure (yet) of orchestrating a wedding at Sevva, the 13,000 sq ft penthouse restaurant perched on top of Prince’s Building, but we’d love to one of these days! Great food, amazing terrace in the heart of Hong Kong… pricey drinks though.

Spent a great afternoon last week styling the ultra-luxurious ‘Holiday table’ at the Presidential Suite at InterContinental Hong Kong.
The 7,000 square foot Peak Suite is being made available to a select clientele to entertain at the highest level with a private terrace and pool overlooking iconic Hong Kong harbour. Priced at $280,000 HKD and in association with Dom Pérignon and Nobu Matsuhisa, InterContinental Hong Kong has created the ultimate menu for the most discerning host. He had better have deep pockets too!
