We first met Barbara when she was a bridesmaid from one of our first weddings. When it was her turn to tie the knot, we were flattered when she approached us to plan her own wedding, which would be mindful of family traditions but infused with the couple’s own signature style. We worked closely with the couple to execute their vision, themed around the passionate colours of purple and red, with a modern twist, including custom-designed invitations and décor in the anointed hues. The day unfolded effortlessly, from their wedding ceremony at the Poolhouse at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong conducted by a close family friend, to the 30-table banquet with dramatic mirrored tabletops reflecting the glittering chandeliers of the Grand Ballroom. After the banquet, access to the Kee Club was arranged, where the younger set partied until the wee hours.
